About

A B2B Travel Tech operator who treats distribution as a product.

I've spent the last decade inside the API layer of B2B travel — running supplier and client integrations, fixing the parts that silently bleed margin, and helping commercial teams understand why "go-live" is the start of the work, not the end of it.

The story

Global exposure across four regions.

I work across European bedbanks, Asian DMCs, African inventory owners and MENA OTAs. That spread matters — distribution patterns, payment models and partner expectations are different in every region, and a strategy that works in one market quietly fails in another.

I've operated on top of Juniper, TravelCompositor, Netstorming and TravelgateX (TGX), and managed more than 1,000 B2B travel partnerships end-to-end: research, deal structuring, technical onboarding, activation, and the post go-live optimization most teams never reach.

My job titles have changed. The work hasn't: turn connectivity into real, measurable distribution performance.

Philosophy

Three principles that drive every engagement.

Strategy > Technology

Tech enables. Strategy decides what's worth integrating, in what order, and for what KPI. Most teams skip the second step.

Mapping > Integration

A live XML is the start, not the deliverable. Mapping is where margin, look-to-book and partner trust are actually built.

Execution > Connection

Connection is a checklist. Execution is partner enablement, monitoring, post go-live tuning and constant supplier mix work.
